I know seasons change and sometimes that is good.....but I REALLY love sunlight, and I don't look forward to the lack of sunshine and warmth. I already feel seasonal affective disorder startin' creeping like an evil tangly weed....not so nice. So to carbs, and bread, and soda and bed....HERE I COME!!!! ugh....*sigh

I think I have that disorder too! I feel more sad and grumpy during the wintertime. And I gain weight. Argh! Let's help each other through it.
Tiss, I'm so glad you want to come to the fights! It's Sept 28th at 6:00pm down at the McKay Events Center in Orem. Tickets are $20 each. Give me the thumbs up and I'll get 2 tickets for you at the gym this week. You're going to love it. I just know it. But you'd better be behind the guys on my team that are fighting. Or else we might have some problems.
